What is your process when starting a project?

Every project starts with an initial call to collect some basic information about your project, followed by a proposal and price quote. Upon approval, a Design Agreement is created and signed by all parties. This serves as the green light for us to commence the work.

What is your design process?

We have a three stage process: Phase 1: research and brainstorming, Phase 2: concept development, iterations, layout; Phase 3: final approvals and file delivery. 

How long does this process usually take?

Every project is unique and the duration  depends on our clients’ specific requirements and how many rounds of revisions are requested. Once we gather information about your needs, we can provide more accurate estimates for turnaround and processing times based on the project type.

What information do you need from me to get started?

To initiate collaboration, the signing of a Design Agreement is necessary. To facilitate this process, we require the following information: your company name and business address, the contact person’s name and title, as well as their phone number and email.

Can you help with printing of my artwork?

Certainly! Pixellent has an extensive network of print and production vendors with whom we can connect our clients. Additionally, we offer the option to manage the printing and production process on our client’s behalf.

Do you charge hourly or per project?

We have different pricie packages to meet any client needs. Pricing depends on the type of project and how much time it will require from our team. We can customize any project to any budget.

Do you charge overtime for evening/weekend hours?

No, we do not charge overtime for evening or weekend hours. While our normal work hours are from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm, we understand that emergencies or rush projects may require work during non-standard hours. In such cases, we are happy to accommodate without additional overtime charges. This policy applies consistently across all pricing structures, including the agreed-upon hourly rate.

Do you charge a rush fee?

While we do not impose a specific ‘rush fee,’ in instances where your project requires expedited completion, a larger upfront deposit may be necessary to facilitate the accelerated timeline.

Do you charge a set up fee?

No, we do not assess a setup fee. However, we do request a deposit for new accounts before commencing work. This is designed to ensure active client engagement and full participation in the project.

Can I come back for more changes if my project is finished and approved?

Yes, absolutely! However, please note that once the project is completed and approved, additional changes may result in additional charges. Any such charges will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding with any further modifications.

Do you do UI/UX designs?

Yes! We collaborate with UI/UX and app design companies to meet any client needs.

Do you do animation?

Yes! We collaborate with animation and video companies that can create promotional videos, white board and any custom animation to meet any client needs.

Do you provide web hosting services?

No. We do not provide hosting services at this time, however, we can recommend options and vendors for this service.

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes! Accepted payment methods are Visa/Mastercard, PayPal, wire transfers and checks.

Where are you located? Can I come in for an in-person meeting?

Pixellent’s headquarters is located in West Los Angeles. While we currently do not offer in-person meetings, we are more than happy to arrange face-to-face discussions through virtual meetings for your convenience.

What areas do you service?

In today’s digital era, it’s a bit of a tricky question. Technically, we can collaborate with clients on the other side of the planet using tools like email, Skype, and screen share. However, our physical office is in Los Angeles, so we mainly channel our efforts into building connections in that area.

Can I talk to some of your previous clients?

Yes! References are available upon request.

Can you help plan my brand development strategy?

Yes, indeed! Whether you’re a new business, company, or launching a new product, there’s a plethora of materials to generate, and we’re here to assist you from day one. Drawing on our expertise in building brands from the ground up, we’ve been integral to numerous new brand development projects, creating supporting materials for various mediums.
